This looks like a nice find but don't go traveling miles out of your way for this as it clearly states 'while stocks last' on the voucher.
As the voucher link originates from a competition that ended 6th June 2009 (more than 8 months ago) then chances are not many samples will be left.
Saying that, I would guess most counters in department stores would probably have some freebies to give you just for turning up and asking / having a consultation.
