I've just been given a bottle of Irish Cream Liqueur,
a mixture of irish whiskey and cream. It says on the bottle to use within one month of opening the bottle, and within four months of purchase.
I don't drink a lot, especially not sure about whisky liqueur, can anyone give me any ideas of things i cook to include it.

I don't drink Baileys or such, but when I used to run a pub we would keep it for more than a month after opening and never got any complaints. As for the 4 months from purchase that must be rubbish as you don't know when the shop got it. If it was totally true there would be a sell by date and/or use by date on it.If you find you are drinking too much give this number a call. 0845 769 75550

Keep it in the fridge, it'll last longer.0

I think that it would be nice in a tiramisu type dessert instead of tia maria
It should keep for a lot longer than it says on the bottle especially if in the fridge
SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0 -
