Mobile phone unlocking in London and around

Hi,
I recently took advantage of the Tesco 1000 points for mobile deal and got 2 Samsung M150s. I just can't, for the life of me, get them unlocked from things I've seen online. The cheapest I can see for getting a code is about £15. As the phones only cost £25 each, seems a bit steep. I urgently need to find a place where I can get them unlocked for a reasonable price. Am prepared to look at outlying towns as well.
