Hiya I'm a physio student (due to qualify soon!!!) and I just wanted to raise awareness that quite often urinary incontinence issues can be resolved through appointments with your local health service. It is not necessary for men and women to suffer in silence and to feel that it is "normal" due to their age etc to have to use products such as tena.

Urinary incontinence is something few people feel comfortable talking about and it is something that can severely affect quality of life. I would advise anyone suffering from it to visit their GP and ask about continence services...sometimes something as simple as pelvic floor exercises can have a dramatic effect!

I would just like to say that I was in my early 30`s when I had to start using Tenna. It`s not just a problem for "old" people.
