I was having a look at the Morgan Computers E-Flyer and they had a ACER TRAVELMATE 2413 LM for £293.74 including VAT.
The specs are:
Intel Celeron-M 370 (1.5GHz) processor
256MB DDR2 RAM, 40GB hard disk
DVD±R/±RW drive, integrated graphics
15” XGA TFT 1024 x 768 dpi resolution
56K modem, 10/100 LAN, 4 x USB 2.0
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
