    Just wondered, anyone else tried it without the flour? i would like to avoid it if possible . Have never breaded stuff before so this will be a first! Going to sprinkle it with a szechuan peppery salt YUM

  • You've finished now, but I thought I'd weigh in as I haven't seen this tip yet--I like to use panko (Japanese bread crumbs, often found in Chinese supermarkets and also available in some large Mr. T). I find these stay crisp better, particularly for leftovers.
