HSBC sold my shares without my knowledge

Hi guys,
I am just wondering if anyone can help me? I have got 2 HSBC accounts one of them is current the other one is online sharedealing account.
Unfortunately I have gone over my authorised overdraft limit but I had 2.5 times more funds in my sharedealing account than my overdrawn account...
As a part of their system it is impossible to get your money from sharedealing account before it comes to your current account whenever you want to sell your shares. Therefore I can not escape or transfer my funds...
HSBC authorised to sell my shares "without my knowledge" with cheaper price than market prices to close my overdraft however I have paid over £450 as in charges and interest in two months for that overdraft. Even when they were selling my shares they did not consider my authorised overdraft limit.
I made my official complaint and they said it is in my terms and conditions and according to them they left me budget to cover my living expenditure it is why they did not consider my authorised overdraft limit while they were selling my shares....
Now I am asking if it is legal them to do like that they even suspended my account at Christmas time I could not have any access whatever left in my portfolio for 10 days????
I applied to the Financial Ombudsman and they are involved to the case but they informed me that it may take upto 6 months to resolve the problem but no one is not considering my portfolio. My portfolio is all messed up
