    Just thought I'd post back - Isent my email to JL about the delivery charge - I didn't get a reply as such, just a receipt showing that they have refunded the delivery charge.
    So well worth the 2 minutes it took to send the email!

    Looks like it's been taken off the site - sorry if that was down to me complaining about the delivery charge :cry:
  • My two hampers arrived today, and fabulous they are too.

    The overall box shows a use by date of 31 Jan 10 though, and one of my boxes had two items and one three items which were use by 18 Feb, and 28 Feb.

    I rang customer services when they arrived, and they refunded me a proportion of my price to take account of the items that had to be used straight away.

    So if you plan not to use them straight away, go careful on the dates, and suggest you ask for a partial refund on the bits that are very short dated.

    Fab item though, and thanks to the original poster.
