GMTV Cashback Site

I am a member of GMTV cashback but have recently had my account suspended, although I have no idea why, they owe me money that has been approved for payment and I have no idea how to contact them to rectify this situation.

Has anyone else had a similar problem with GMTVCashback recently or does anyone know the best way to contact them?

They have a contact us link at the bottom of the cashback page where you can send them a message.
Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £574
• Thanks, tried that but it just sends a helpdesk ticket. I can't access my account to see the responses though. I can't even get access to the helpdesk ticket now because the site won't let me log on at all.

MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com

GMTV cashback is run from the Greasy Palm white label network I believe.

From what you've said it sounds like what happens at GP and WePromiseTo.

Hi

not seen this site before - but has anyone had any real positive experiences? to me it looks like a bit of a scam - stealing the GMTV name and logo's but not being part of the GMTV group??? I will keep with Quidco and avoid these websites who have the whiff of a cowboy to me. It looks like they hook you in and then keep you from reaching £25.00 with very low CB offers.... but i may be wrong - it happens from time to time

Princess Diamond - If you know someone who has received money back from them ask them to intermediate for you. Otherwise I would write to them recorded post, and if they do not respond, take it further (small claims - which if works you can ask them to pay the cost of postage, calls, etc)
There contact address is:
GMTV Cashback
The Studio
Mill Yard
Swan Street
ME19 6LP

When i searched the website i thought it was suspicious that there website had NO registration details, and appears to be hosted in the US. Are we sure this isn't a scam? :-s

• im not accusing or anything, but u stuck to the terms and conditions yeah?!

i had a look at them when i was considering signing up and they seem a little tight, so much that i left it and im usually pretty lenient with things!

they say u arent allowed to post referal links on forums or anything, have u ever mentionned it on here?!

If not as Stryder says write to them at :

GMTV Cashback
The Studio
Mill Yard
Swan Street
ME19 6LP

and mention you will take further legal action if no response within 7-14 days or something, that should at least spur them on to write back and explain why it is closed, they may even reopen it. and if not, then pursue further!

hope you get your money :)

Greasy Palm are great at letting you reach pending totals over the cashout limit then declining enough to make you go back just below the cashout limit.

The only experience I have is through WePromiseTo and I did receive two payments from then, before the offers weren't 100% as promised and I don't use the site now.
• stick to topcashback, quidco, cashbackkings and fatcheese. All pay out fine. Out of the 4 i would rate topcashback the best as they have no annual charge and offer up to 110% cashback.

I was a member of a survey site that allowed you to get to £9, (£10 minimum withdrawal).

I have not had any surveys in 6 months. it seems like a pattern to me
