I would love to have someone to [STRIKE]drag me out[/STRIKE] run with, but sadly since Pania moved away, it is up to me.......which probably explains why I've done only a handful of runs since the marathon last April

okay - this is me cajoling you.....try to remember the feeling of when you have finished your run...get your trainers laced up.......take a deep breath...think I am not going to die....it will warm up in five mins.....and I will be home and be able to chill in the shower in x mins......
