CSA censorship methods

From my previous question about NRPP details going to the pwc I understand that the csa is meant to black out the details but sometimes forget. Has anyone ever heard of them cutting off the bottom of a page to remove a paragraph? This was from the bottom of pwc additional pages supporting her request for a variation.

Maybe their colouring in pen ran out :)

I had paragraphs blacked out but other than that everything was intact

Well the lack of replies saying its been heard of before is confirming what I thought my OH (maybe not for much longer) must have done it himself. He handed me the rest of the paperwork with all the nasty and untrue things she said but the first sheet didn't materialize for a week and once I had unscrewed it and sellotaped it back together I realized the bottom was neatly cut off. Thinking he would only overreact in such a way if there was something he didn't want me to see.
