Call out charge for 10 year guarantee

New Front door

Started to get a draught so having a 10 year guarantee thought it would be free
But no because over 2Years call out charge £49.50

is maybe the first 2 years parts and workmanship then the next 8 years parts warranty only?

Draught excluder would be cheaper.
Some guarantees and warranties are terrible aren't they?
