Advice please

I have applied for voluntary severance, and today received notice that I may be eligible. However, we have numerous pets that cost a fair bit of money for their upkeep and I would like to keep on working as the pension I will get is pretty poor. (I am one of those working beyond the normal pension age). I have thought about being self employed, doing a lot of jobs and I wondered what people on here would advise. The jobs I feel I can do are as follows: administration (my present job), pet care in their own homes, care for the elderly (that’s a laugh as I may be counted as one of them!), house cleaning, shopping, babysitting, any ideas? I would NOT attempt ironing (one of my pet hates) nor window cleaning:eek:.
Apart from the needs of our pets, I really don’t want to be “retired” – I know some people can’t wait for this, but it’s not for me – yet. :(
Any words of wisdom?
Thanks in advance.
Mad about cats - or maybe just mad! :rotfl:
