:mad::mad:Just wondered if anyone has had the following problem. I keep having 2 bills sent to my address 1 is for our service and another for some Polish named guy. I keep ringing and telling them he is not at our address and could they sort it out but ive just had my 9th bill for him through.

No one in customer services is capable of explaining or returning my calls there a bunch of tools and I cant wait for April to come to cancel my contract.

They have also promised us free trials of this and still theyve charged us

You will never get any right answer from them, my bill also they cannot explain 1 call 200 seconds charger 32P and the same number call second time after 2 days charged 58P.

I've called many time, everytime they say the same answer, informed IT, still no answer from them.

I'm wondering how they survive, because of us. We only let them live. If we are raising our voice strongly they will hear. This thread some idots will come and tell about you are doing wrong thing same as my thread they done. Ignore the IDIOTS.

those idiots (inc me) as you put it gave some good advice but its up to you if you take it on board, i thought you were making a too big a deal than was needed

Most of them were rude in that rude not sure about you, only reason was some people said my english was bad(indirectly trying to say am not english), that was the reason you guys were trying to put me down. Most of the rude idiots were questions and answers about my orgin rather than the real question i raised.

yes maybe some of them were a tad rude but maybe if u explained why your english was so bad then maybe it wouldnt have been like that. You clearly have learnt english but it could be better

You spell words correctly, but you don't necessarily put them in the right order or even use the right words in some cases. This makes it hard to work out what you're trying to say.

Thank you i'll try my best . If you could tell me the cases where i am wrong, that would be still good. You may be right or wrong. My keyboard typing is really fast, not enough time to recheck. I dont read once i typed.

40% too low for me . Why dont you give 95%.
