at my local claires the decent stuff is excluded - e.g. bags, footwear, clothing, sunglasses etc - the exclusions are on the bottom of the signs...

Same at mine - shame, I've had some lovely bags from there in this offer before, but recently they are excluded from the deal.

I love the Claire's sales when they get like that, especially when you get the cards of earrings that have about ten pairs each on. They never seem to have the expensive bags/shoes etc included when I go though, might have to pop in and have a look
D'you know, in 900 years of space and time, I've never met anyone who wasn't important

  • My DD bought a couple of the goody bags today. What a bargain as she was incredibly lucky in hers and got some nice hairbands and a cap that she hasnt taken off since!

We also got the 5 for £5 deal which was great as we got some lovely bags which shouldve been £12 each and some nice hats for gifts to put away

Well worth getting the bags though - will follow the tip of getting them for party gifts

Gloucester are doing the goodie bag deal - 10 items for £3 - which is a bargain...!
I might just go back for another one or two in the week...!!

the stuff that you can't use can probably be used for raffle prizes for school fetes etc...

Reading Oracle store is doing that too ... can't say as I'll really use the items I got much, but it was fun to see what I got for £3! The bag included a long scarf, some really cheap earrings, a cute puffy hair band, bright yellow hand sheath thingy, an ugly ring that was so large it fell off my index finger, lol, etc.

I bought one of the lucky bags today and couldn't believe it when I opened it to find that one of my 10 items was a pair of HSM straighteners which originally retailed for £26! Also got some nice rings, hairclips, fairy wings x2 and a little bag, all of which will be used by my daughters. All the larger accessories such as bags, hats and scarves are all 5 for £5, the only thing excluded in this was the boots.
