Credit Card to Bridge Small Money Gap

Hi all,ive been uming and arrgghhing about my future mortgage deal as mine runs out at the beginning of may and am going to go for a 80% tracker from the post office now the problem is the valuation if i state my house is worth £127500 which i think it is then they turn around and say its £125000 could i use a credit card to bridge the gap kinda thing to still get me my 80% deal the money would be paid of in 12months interest free if i cant do that do i have to pay for the valuation as they state they do the valuation free of charge but if ive over estimated my house price its my fault so will i be liable and charge me for standard valuation?

Thanks J
