"Purely Creative" magazine scratch card. How to claim

Hey,

I found two cards in this month's issue of Cosmopolitan magazine, one has 3 kangaroos and the other 2 rabbits. Anyone knows the prize list?

If you look at the end of the small print and there should be a card code - then you need to see if it matches any of the lists in this thread. Good luck!

hi I've got a 1 million cash ticket from a mag with 3 crowns one one and 2 melons on the other how do i find out if they are winners? thanks nick rich.

Just got 3 cakes and 2 triangles on M643. Hmmm should I bother to claim according to previous lists with i should win a holiday to Tenerife.

I won a holiday to tenerife as well. I rang up to find out more about the holiday, and the resort is Pearly Grey Ocean Club near Las Americas in Tenerife (I tried to post the link, but I wasn't allowed ). ONLY the accommodation is included, so you have to pay your own flights and meals, etc.. and it's valid until the end of 2016. When you do claim, you're asked to choose 3 different months in which you'd like to go and put them in preferencial order.

That's as far as I've gotten anyway! I have won another holiday to Tenerife with the complimentary scratch card they gave me, so if anyone wants free accommodation in Tenerife for a week, let me know!

Hello,

I received two more lucky bags for playing but they have changed the codes?
There are two numbers printed. The three digit numbers on the side don't start with M and the set of second numbers end with either a H or K. Does anyone know about these lucky bags?

They expire in April 2015.
Neither does the outer packaging, which you can unsealed open contain a imprinted code.

Help?

in the small print- look for the address to send for a claim number. On previous cards this includes the card number as part of the first line of the address. Tell us the first line of the address ?
