"Purely Creative" magazine scratch card. How to claim

Bringing the links over, I plan to do this every alternate page.
We have prize lists for (clickable links below)- please thank the poster when you click through to the prize list they so kindly shared..

Prize list M634 and M634S2 (same)
Prize list M639
Prize list M640

They seem to be sent out at the end of the month (only).
If you have a winning prize combination you still need to get your own prize list because you need the claim number that is sent with it.
Also, if any of your cards close September you should send for the prize list now to allow time (up to 28 days) for them to send out.

Details of how to send for a claim number & prize list are on the back of your card in the small print, and you need the card number from the very bottom corner M???. Round trip cost is 2 stamps.

M640S2 is simmilar like m640?
I got 3 pencils, but in messager i didnt recieved anything about them
And i have eyes , it looks i win 15.
I need to post this card to them ?

In the message you would also have received a claim number. You need the claim number to make a claim. If you didn't make a note of the claim number from the call, then you can send off for one by post. The instructions to do this are on the back of the card in the small print.

Just follow steps on the first page. It is dead easy, but takes ages, just be patient.

Where do you get these cards usually? I hardly find anywhere, sometimes I get from superdrug magazine, but that's it.

when this thread was started these cards were still winable, by doing what i advised below. My advice now is don't touch with a bargepole!!!

If the £10 is no longer a prize i wouldnt bother, but i havent personally seen a card in about a year now. Sorry guys.
