Their pool, spa, sauna and steam rooms refresh both body and mind, providing the perfect place to unwind from a stressful world. With this special offer you can use all the fitness and leisure facilities available and you will each receive two treatments. Fully trained professional staff will be on hand to help and guide you, so that you emerge feeling sleek and carefree!
What happens on the day?
Upon arrival you will be greeted by a member of staff who will explain the extensive range of facilities and services available to you. Make use of air-conditioned gym and take part in a range of classes available; then take a relaxing dip in the pool and unwind in the sauna or steam room before your treatment. Enjoy two treatments each (approximately 45 minutes in total).
You will receive the following treatments:
• Swedish Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage
• Scalp massage

Spend the rest of your time taking advantage of the fitness and leisure facilities available to you or simply take the opportunity to just relax.

What should I wear?
Swimwear is essential. You will need to bring suitable clothing for exercise classes or the gym if you intend to participate. Most locations provide towels or a bathrobe; please check with the supplier when you book as this may vary depending on the location. Please ensure you bring bathing and shower items.

How long should I allow for this experience?
Please allow up to six hours.
The actual length of the treatments may vary slightly depending on the location.

When does the activity take place?
The experience is available to book Monday – Sunday. Kindly note that Saturday availability may be limited due to popularity and cannot be guaranteed. All bookings are subject to availability.
We recommend you book at least eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability.

Are there any restrictions?
Minimum age is 18 years.
Participants should be of reasonable health & fitness to enjoy all the facilities on offer (you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire before you can take your experience and you may not be able to take certain treatments or use some of the facilities if you have certain medical conditions, alternatively you may be required to obtain a medical certificate).
Kindly note the experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to the venue. Access to classes are strictly subject to availability, please ask when making your booking.
Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue, kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before your expiry date as vouchers may not be extended beyond their expiry.

What about insurance?
Personal Accident Insurance to the value of £50,000 together with cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher. The centres contracted with us hold public indemnity liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to vehicles or equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
What else do I need to know?
Your expiry date is printed on your voucher, please check the date as it is essential that you book and take your experience before this date.
This voucher is valid for two people.
There may not be a restaurant or caf! on site at certain locations. Please check at the time of booking if this is a concern to you.
How do I make a booking?
Read through this booklet for further information and answers to some of the questions you might have about your experience.
Contact the centre and inform them that you hold an experience voucher for the type of experience shown on it. Please quote the product code that appears at the bottom of your voucher.
Make a booking at a mutually agreed time before the expiry date on the voucher. (Book well in advance – the centre can get very busy.)
Once the centre accepts your booking you are bound by their terms and conditions. Make sure you understand their rules regarding changing or cancelling your booking (particularly at short notice).
The centre may require you to send them your voucher to confirm your booking: if so, we recommend you keep a record of your voucher number and use Registered Post, as your voucher is a valuable document which cannot be replaced if lost.

Buyagift have this offer too - £59 but if you use 20% off code (123123), brings it down to £49.19 delivered. Seems to be same package as above (back, neck, shoulder massage and scalp massage) available Monday to Sunday (inc Saturday).
Have been 3 times to the Mansfield branch. Excellent day out and fab value for money, food drink etc all very reasonable too.

I think this is wrong.
It's £55 (or £49.19) for 1.5 hours.
or half that for 45 minutes.

I don't actually think that's a brilliant bargain personally.
