Need help what to do with mango chutney

    I stir a tablespoonful of mango chutney through some sliced, fried leeks and use it as a side dish for roasted duck legs, or grilled duck breast.

    Mango sausages are nice as hot dogs :D

    ... lay your sausages in a roasting tray ... smear in mango chutney ... cook at 200 c and turn and baste half way thru ... OH loves this! Good on the BBQ like this too!
