Loopy why dont you just chill out, get real and realise that there are as many recipies for bread and butter pudding as there are good mothers who insist on blocking contact. (ie no good mother would block contact just to spite the father) which is what wimmin do.

my ex is exactly the same. quite happy to cut her nose off to spite her face and can stay on a fiver a week till the cows come home for all i care. my child is not "pay per view" and i will not be blackmailed by a scumbag like her. the csa cant touch me, don't scare me one bit and she can sit there spouting and stewing for as long as it takes.

she also refuses our daughters pleas and cries to spend more time with us and her siblings.

why? cos she thinks it gets to me. it's not me that's going home in tears and playing her up constantly because of her actions now, is it??

she's too spiteful, immature and vile to realise that it's our daughter that is being effected and is losing her own child's respect.

i've also whooped ber azz in court and now she is being forced into allowing extra contact anyway and she gets flamed over her "ownership issues" everytime she sets foot in court. i must admit, i quite enjoy watching the judge tear strips off her! gives me a warm glow! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Now re-read the thread, what I have advised the OP is as soon as he does two months work with little/no overtime, then to advise CSA as to the new wages (i.e. basic pay) they will vary the payment and when he thinks he is at a more balanced point on his overtime pay then declare that as the overall picture.

So the advice is to actually find a way of averaging out over the year and informing the CSA without falling into the situation of overpaying when he cant pay it!!!!!!!!!

and you will note that I am not advising him to AVOID paying, just giving good money saving advice to not overpay unfairly.

The truckers at the CSA and the PWC wants us to pay the max. they dont care they use thier rules against us to be unfair. MSE advice gives a more balanced view not to the detriment of the PWC but with regard the correct balance.

I personally think that anyone on overtime with a CSA assesment round the corner should stop overtime for two months, then give that to the truckers, then keep shtoom about future overtime and let the witch of the PWC apply for a varyation, stuff her.

I would then also go on to advise go self employed or Ltd Co to make sure the PWC ex wimmin (if thats what she is) to go take a run and jump (not really but it is cathartic to have a rant every now and then.......):A
