Just wanted to sing the praise of the CCCS. I am in the process of setting up my DMP, but due to my mental health issue have struggled to get together the relevant paper work ( like up to date statements) So this lovely lady has sorted it all out for me. She has phoned creditors ( I am too nervous to speak to official people) and written letters I just need to sign... basically taken all the pressure off me.

CCCS are good, my friend has been with them for a short time to get help.
I would also consider contacting MIND - http://www.mind.org.uk/ As they offer further support to those with mental health.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
