CII/CF exams struggling

Is anyone doing them or done CF4?
I'm 24 and work for a large insurance company in a call center (Glam I know!). I've done CF1, CF3 and FA1 so far and have begun studying for CF4 and I'm struggling big time
.
I know NOTHING about pensions so am going into this blind, I'm getting no support from anyone let alone my new manager and feel deflated and unencouraged. All the other exams were ok because the topics interested me but CF4 is proving to be one of the hardest I've done.
Is there anything I can do with the exams I've done? Also, has anyone found CF4 so hard? *I want a career* not a dead end job preferely specialising in Protection products as a tied advisor over the phone but am feeling so demotivated, it's hard to study feeling like this. help!
