CII/CF exams struggling

Is anyone doing them or done CF4?

I'm 24 and work for a large insurance company in a call center (Glam I know!). I've done CF1, CF3 and FA1 so far and have begun studying for CF4 and I'm struggling big time :(.

I know NOTHING about pensions so am going into this blind, I'm getting no support from anyone let alone my new manager and feel deflated and unencouraged :(. All the other exams were ok because the topics interested me but CF4 is proving to be one of the hardest I've done.

Is there anything I can do with the exams I've done? Also, has anyone found CF4 so hard? *I want a career* not a dead end job preferely specialising in Protection products as a tied advisor over the phone but am feeling so demotivated, it's hard to study feeling like this. help!
