Please can someone advise me if this is a good offer in the current climate?
I'm currently with YBS. My current fixed deal is about to come to an end. This is the new deal they've offered:
Fee free, 2 year fixed rate of 4.29% fixed until 28/2/2012. This product is offered on an estimated LTV of 61%
Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.

Seems decent , difficult to say their are lower fixed rate that come with arrangement fees, it would be important to know the size of your mortgage to work out if the interest you could save would offset the adding of an arrangement fee.I am a Mortgage Adviser
