CCCS payments being sent late

Has anyone else had this problem, I have so far had 3 calls from creditors this month saying they have not received payments. I wouldn't have let it bother me if it was 1 creditor saying this as I would have thought that maybe they are sat on it lol, but for 3 to say this, its worrying. I have emailed CCCS regarding these so will see what has happened. Just wondered if anyone else had experienced this this month.

Hi there, i'm pretty certain that cccs take dmp payments at the beginning of the month (for me it's the 2nd) then they distribute it around the 25th towards the end of the month, whenever any of my creditors call i quote my agreement number from cccs however you can request that creditors write to you and don't call

All you can tell creditors is payment was sent to CCCS as normal, get in touch with them instead.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

CCCS will take payments on 1st or soon after and then make payments to creditors on the 25th. That is my understanding hope that helps:)DMP mutual support thread member: 376

It happened to me last year, CCCS had a problem with the banking:cool:, they let the creditors know, but my creditors just wanted to ring me;):D, nice to feel wanted:o
I told the creditors the date my payment was made to CCCS, gave them my CCCS ref number told the creditors to get in touch with CCCS :A
