Ciao surveys email address needed ??

Hi,
Hoping that someone can help me with this.
I am a member of Ciao surveys and have recently changed my email address, i received an email confirming this from them, but i had to click on a link (to sort of confirm it again), anyway the link didn't work and i can't access their support desk.
Does anyone know an email address that i can write to - becuase i can't seem to find one anywhere.

Hi Deb, I have an email from them at the moment about a query, and this is the address on their email: [EMAIL="support@surveycenter.com"]support@surveycenter.com[/EMAIL]
