Volvo Boucher Road

Hi I am justing wondering if anyone else has had any dealing with the Boucher Road branch. The service department don't appear to be very helpful and don't like to tell you information that you request. I have found them to be quite unfriendly with their dealing with customers. Let me know you thoughts.
I have spoken to Greers in Antrim who are extremely helpful and friendly and also BMW boucher road whom I thinking of getting our next car from. This is after owning three Volvos in a row.

I hope you let them know you weren't happy and spoke to the service manager and the dealer principal, if need be. I'd also write to Volvo UK with any concerns you might have. Be firm, but always polite and above all, take no C-rap!
BMW on Boucher Crescent are excellent in every respect, I'm led to believe.0 -
Sales are great obviously but this is the second new car we have had off them in less than two years, you would think they would treat their customers with more respect. First car was brillant from day one hence we brought another car.
I have dealt with their service department before you were very abrupt the last time, I ended up letting my husband deal with them as the whole telephone call stressed me out. I did phone the dealer principal on this occasion thats why they have probably taken the hump..
I only phoned up with a simple question, maybe they don't like women. I know a lot about cars and decide what cars we are going to buy and my hubby happy enough with that. I don't appreciate ignorance and no respect from a company who have had £40,000 worth of business off me in two years.
We were due to change in December coming but I think I will be taking my business to BMW. I had even decided we were going to get a C70 little sporty number not now.0 -

Exactly! Vote with your feet if that means trying another Volvo dealer or a different marque. Be sure and let them know though, as well as Volvo UK. I would not have any more dealings with any company that was ignorant or disrespectful to their customers.0 -
Both SMW Volvo and Bavarian are owned by the Agnew group, so they might not be too concerned if you walk across the road from Volvo to BMW. What about another BMW or Volvo dealer?0

I would advise using JKC BMW in Coleraine, much cheaper than Bavarian. David Prentice in Portadown are also good to deal with.
Both of the above have always given me a better price for a trade in and took more off the price of the new car.
Some of the trade in figures I have had from Bavarian were a disgrace.0 -

Now I didn't realise that. Or maybe just in touch with the Agnew group .. Any ideas. I'm thinking of writing a letter rather than getting constantly interupted on the phone by Volvo service department. Do these people not do customer services courses??0 -

I would say they would......all based on selling parts and accessories

I have bought a BMW from Bavarian in the past and wouldn't recommend them at all. Customer service was terrible and when in for a service parts not replaced properly. I know many others who would say same thing. I voted with my feet and went to Country Garage. No comparison between the two.0

The saga started again today.. other Volvo we have went in for its 3rd service. Picked up this morning they didn't even bother washing it lazy b******s. One of the other managers was there when he picked it up and assured him that he would make sure the Service Manager called him as the car should have been washed. No call as yet but what do you expect "theres more to life than a Volvo" as it states in their advert ie donts buy one unless you want treated like dirt.0

So Volvo is run by the Agnew group. Very telling! I walked out of Mercedes [omned by the Agnew group] a few years ago and drove to their Portadown branch to order my new car. Different town, totally different attitude.
in the last few months I left my husband's Audi into Agnew's Audi dealership for a service... it was a catalogue of disaster. My husband contacted the service manager who did him a deal on the next service and an interim service matter. Again I left the car in for hime and even though the service dept. knew that this interim service was being done at a discounted price due to a complaint...it was even a worse disaster! Was it because I was older AND female? Who knows... can't envisage ever using them again. In giving
