Best 90% LTV Rates

Hello all, I was just wondering if people in the same boat as me with 10% deposit could post any rates that they have been offered/accepted for new mortgages/remortgages recently?

I am currently on an SVR of 4.8% but as people are suggesting interest rates will go up and I would like to know what kind of interest I would be paying if I decided to fix.

Many Thanks :)

Best I have found is Ulster Bankk (Part of RBS).

    2 year fixed at 4.89%
Flexi mortgage (which I have applied for) at .58% above their SVR (so currently 4.58%) - No arrangement fees, no tie ins, they pay for valuation and legals so doesnt cost a penny.

These are both quite good for 90%. If I get accepted on the flexi, as there is no tie, in I intend to go for a 2 year fixed of 4.29% which is available for exisiting customers.

Don't you have to live in NI to get a mortgage with the Ulster Bank?

I have no idea - I assumed as they were part of RBS then all banks linked to them offered the same. Obviously not.
Its a cracking deal anyway for 90% ltv

    From their website
Over 18s only and resident in Northern Ireland, subject to status and conditions. Security and home insurance are required.

Mortgaged property must be in Northern Ireland, and minimum mortgage amount is £10,000. Maximum mortgage available is up to 90% of purchase price / value of the property (whichever is lower).
