Actually most jean sellers will do jeans without elastane (or lycra or spandex or any other stretch fibers) just look for "non stretch" or get jeans which are not designed to be tight. Tight jeans (or jeans that are tight in certain areas) will normally always have elastane. Try straight cut, boyfriend/lose fit or ask what they have non stretch wise.
