Is your account currently active? My boyfriend has an account, but its no longer being used as we cancelled it. Tried to join with a code from a friend, but they haven't emailed to activate it yet, so I don't think they are gonna let me use it.

You appear to be ineligible for a free trial.

This is usually because somebody from your household has already had a trial from a service powered by Video Island.

You will shortly receive an email with instructions about what your options are.

Basically don't bother if you've had a free trial with them before...

They shouldn't write that its a gift voucher on it if its classed as a free trial, it should say free trial.

A gift voucher should be able to be used by anyone.
