Hi ladies I'm cooking shoulder of pork slowly in the oven at the moment, I want to make some roast potatoes to go with it. Does anyone have any good idea for what would I should add to the potatoes to make them a bit tastier? MTIA:)

Hi smallfry,
I toss them in flour and sometimes add a little grated nutmeg. These are delicious too: Jamie Oliver's balsamic roast potatoes

semolina is good, also polenta just as good - I would suggest you pop the potatoes in the hot oil/fat first then coat with polenta/semolina - sticks much better i find0

Presumably the pork is cooking at a low temperature? For really good roast potatoes you will need to cook them at a much higher temp.
Last time I did slow roast pork I served it with creamy mash
