The bonkers competition gave you extra goes with the same code, so rather than using the code 5 times, you could use it 7/8 times depending on if it was a double or triple multipack. But t&c's don't mention this at all on the packets, so I'm assuming this isn't the case anymore. I bought some multipacks too, and I noticed that the time stamps inside are different than the one outside. Whether you'll be able to use all of them, I have no idea.

well ihave 4 poacks of rich tea with the exact same code, 2 pack of digestives with exact same code and two more digestive codes, and then 2 multiwrap wrappers which also have the exact same code.

if it ends up being one code can be entered 5 times max for the whole comp(i am sure i read that somewhere in their temrs too) i have 3 packs of rich tea too many lol

i have no idea at all how not sharing codes will work, id bet some of you have the exact same codes as me too if we compared them.
guess i will find out tomorrow when i try entering all the codes.

3. 86 prizes to be won every day between 01/03/2010 - 23/05/2010 inclusive. Major prizes: 2 x iPod Nanos, 2 x DSi and game packs, 2 x e-Book readers. Other prizes: 80 x free McVitie's biscuit coupons.
4. Winning entries will be those entering on or most immediately following any of the 86 winning moments randomly selected every day during the main promotional period. As part of this process the daily prizes will be randomly assigned. These winning moments will be securely and independently verified. All prizes will be awarded.
5. Winners will be notified immediately and told how to claim their prize. Note: Prize claim will be subject to verification.
6. Proof of identity, a print out of the win notification email and winning promotional pack will be required for major prize claims.
7. IMPORTANT: In order to provide a fair promotion for as many consumers as possible the following restrictions will be rigidly applied:
   1. Maximum of 5 entries per person per day and the same 4 digit barcode and time code combination can be used a maximum of 5 times during the entire promotion period.
   2. Any entrant attempting to exceed their daily entrance allowance either manually or by using their computer to enable multiple entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Any attempts made by an entrant to change their contact details in order to exceed more than the allowable 5 entries per person per day will result in disqualification.
   3. Only 3 major prizes and 5 biscuit coupons can be won per household during the promotional period. A major prize constitutes either: 1 x iPod Nano, 1 x e-Book reader or 1 x DSi and game pack.
   4. Only 1 prize may be redeemed per winning pack.
   5. Consumers who try to claim a major prize by sending in a promotional pack for verification that has a different barcode and time code to that submitted at time of entry will have their major prize claim disqualified.
8. A twin pack gives one bonus entry. The bonus entry will not be included in your maximum allowance of 5 entries per person per day. Bonus entries must be claimed on same date as bonus notification. The bonus entry will only be offered after you have entered any twin pack code combination for the first time.
9. Entries received after 23/05/10 and by 30/09/10 (closing date) will be entered into a Wrap-Up prize draw with 86 prizes to be won as follows: 2 x iPod Nanos, 2 x DSi and game packs, 2 x e-Book readers and 80 x free McVitie's biscuit coupons.
10. Any and all entries that do not conform to these terms and conditions will be disqualified from the promotion.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Purchase a ‘Dunk or Not' promotional pack of biscuits.
2. Visit www.mcvitiesdunkornot.com and let us know whether you Dunk or Not and which McVitie's biscuit you Dunk or Not. Then enter the last four digits of the 13 digit barcode number and the pack time code on the back of the promotional wrapper plus your email address, full name, house name or number including post code and date of birth.
3. You must retain the wrapper from your promotional pack. The exact code combination entered will be required for participation and verification of major prize claims (NI entrants see clause 17).
4. There are 86 prizes to be won for each of the 84 days in the main promotional period. Major prizes: 2 x iPod Nanos, 2 x DSi and game packs, 2 x e-Book readers. Other Prizes: 80 x free McVitie's biscuit coupons. So over the whole promotional period there will be (including Wrap-Up prize draw): 170 x iPod Nanos, 170 x DSi and game packs, 170 x e-Book readers and 6,800 x free McVitie's biscuit coupons.
5. Entries from third parties, syndicates or those regarded by the Promoter to be shared or guessed codes, will be disqualified.
6. Postal Entrants and those without internet access send your McVitie's promotional pack(s) with your name, full postal address including postcode, phone number and date of birth clearly handwritten and legible in block capitals on a plain piece of paper. Your entry will then be entered into the entry system at a random time within one week after receipt. Only one entry per properly stamped envelope. Winners only will be notified via post within 28 days.

Box 485, Bedford, MK45 3BP. Your entry will then be entered into the entry system at a random time within one week after receipt. Only one entry per properly stamped envelope. 8. In the unlikely event of a pack not having a legible code contact the Customer Careline on 0500 01 17 10 (UK) or 1 800 409 317 (ROI). Proof of illegible pack codes may be required in these instances.
9. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that cannot be sent or are not received for any reason whatsoever, nor for any entries that are delayed or corrupted. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

CLAIMING PRIZES

Major prizes

1. Major prize winners must respond to winner notification within 28 days by sending in via Recorded Delivery their winning pack, a print out of their winner notification email (ensuring their name, unique reference number, house name/number, postcode are clearly legible) together with their proof of ID to:

   Withheld, unclaimed or unrewarded prizes will be added to the Wrap-Up prize draw (see clause 9). Winners of this draw will be notified within 28 days of the closing date.
   
   Strictly only one entry per properly stamped envelope.
   
   If for any reason a major prize winner is unable to print out their winner notification email they must clearly write their name, unique reference number (shown on the winner notification email) and full postal address including postcode in block capitals on a plain piece of paper and send that in with their winning pack and proof of ID.
   
   Proof of ID constitutes: a photocopy of a utility bill, council tax bill, mobile phone bill or drivers license. It must clearly show the same name and address that were submitted as part of the online promotion entry.

7. Coupons cannot be sold or auctioned.
8. If a coupon winner is unable to print out their coupon due to not possessing a printer, their coupon will be posted out to them to the address entered at the registration.
9. Anyone suspected or proven to have duplicated or tampered with coupons may face prosecution or be banned from participation in this and any future McVitie's promotion.
10. Code sharing is not permitted and anyone suspected of sharing codes will be disqualified from the promotion.
11. If any winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts within 28 days from first attempting to do so, or after initial contact does not send in the appropriate details for verification within 28 days, or does not meet the verification criteria then the promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and withdraw the prize entitlement.
