yep thats exactly right....im assuming the codes ar eip linked though as with ma ny of the identical codes on many packs th eonly way they can possibly track it is by linking the code you enter to your name/email/post code or ip addy or something.hiya all
never mind, am a bit confussed i can use the same code ive used today only then for a further 4 times thus only to be used 5 times over the entire time until the cometition ends?
have a fun day all cheers maz
possibly, but the terms do say sharing codes is porohibited and if its linked to ip addy or postcode then they may refuse to accept it. or may refuse to let second person enter a 2nd set of 5 codes....told m eon my 6th yesterday i ahd already entered the max so it is tracking somehow.sorry to be a pain, but can another member of the household use the same barcode/timestamp to enter with??
i was wondering how they were doing it, as if its times then i guess im better spreading 5 out over the course of the whole day rather than 5 entries one after the other, and since codes are duplicated on many packs it cant possibly be tied to the actual code itself. From what i've read, i think the code you have has nothing to do with whether or not you win.
It looks like McVities have allocated 6 winning times throughout the day, and whoever submits an entry on that time will win, if nobody submits on that time, it will be the person nearest to that time.
So i'm also guessing that codes can be shared, each person can use a code upto 5 times, but only one prize can be claimed from each packet. So there would be problems if a code was shared and more that one person won from it.
Apologies if i've got it all totally wrong!
Good luck everyone
