    the care line dont know what theyre supposed to do, have never come across this problem before and have taken my details to get back to me and let me know what im supposed to do, theyre going to forward my details to handling house or such like.

    and i am correct in trying to use the outer wrapper twin pack code as well as both pack codes too aren't i? sure i am but would appreciate the confirmation please.

    Yes, you should get extra goes with the twin packs - I have with the ones I've bought.

    and yes, I too have spoken to the "careline". I rang them the other day when I found I'd bought two twin-packs from Sainsbury's, both with the time code missing from the outer sleeve! The lady I spoke to was very nice, but completely clueless, didn't really know how to help and ended the call by saying "Oh well, you've still got two packs inside to try anyway.".! :(

    Hey ho, will teach me not to look at the packs properly. If you get any luck, let me know!

    Finally got a big win after loads of biscuit wins - won the ipod nano
