Judge's Possible Questions -redetermination hearing
Comments
-
Just reading your thread I went for a re-dertermination hearing(telling) for what i thought was to negioate a payment plan to settle the debt. Low and behold i was faced with a judge and a letter from Mbna/optima legal services... which i have never seen before had it read to me and TOLD that a something herewith / forthwith or something and he was redeterming for a charging order.....on your way. Have to admit I broke down in there through the shock of the reality of they want my house which is in negative equity. I don't feel like I was heard or offered an alternative. I owe £8864 to mbna and my larger creditors are happy to take affordable monthly payments to recover their debt.
I offered £10 but Northampton bulk centre order me to pay £452.28 if i had that amount of money wouldnt i of carried on paying the C/C which were only £100.00????
Whats your current situation I am currently a mess can't stop crying its really bringing me down. I have no income and my husband work has detriorated hence situation we are in negative equity and have a 6 year old I was informed they wouldnt be able to obtain a charging order which was nosense look how far it has already gone. Could really use some advice all I want is a installment plan that does not affect my home. Thanks0
