I am having dealing with the above at the moment regarding a outstanding debt. I complained about their actions/handling of the debt i.e. OFT Guidelines etc. I received a letter yesterday dated 1st Feb confirming receipt of tmy complaint , and that between now and their response by the 16th, they would not contact me about the debt. However this morning, a doorstep agent hand delivered an e-mail (exactly the same one as I complained about) dated 3rd Feb. So not only have they contactd me after telling me that the account is on hold, but have also repeated the same things that I complained about.
I wondered if anyone else had had dealings with them, or had any suggestions on my next route.
