Shiny Foil for decorating-Help

Hi
Does anyone know where I can get cheap shiny foil (I think it is actually called heat stamping foil)?
It is to decorate a school hall, transform it for a Ball.
Any advice would be great or if anyone can offer suggestions as to what else looks effective in decorating.

I get mine from the Scrap Scheme. See if your school has membership.Wooligans member 2010 - 6 animal blankets. 2 angel wraps, 2 baby hat, 4 Aaron squares, 5 cardigans

Yes that is where we usually get ours but for some months now they have not had any in and they have told us it is also unlikely they will.
