Ok i am booked to see a mortgage advisor next Thursday and have asked the relevant questions about fees and whole of market. I have managed to find a fees free whole of market but how reliable is this?
Any advice on what to ask with regards to finding a suitable mortgage?

As long as you know what deposit u will have, what you roughly want to spend they will be ableto throw up all the options to give you the best deal by showing over the term what the cheapest option will be with fees and monthly repayments taken into account. They will go through the types and possibly insurance to protect the mortgage and general stuff you may find helpful0
