VoucherCloud Free App on iPhone

I've just downloaded a free app called VoucherCloud that I saw mentioned in the Sun newspaper of all places today.
If you have an iphone you should take a look as there are lots of free vouchers you can use at restaurants, bars and shops.
You can find more info at the apple app store.
I used a voucher for a free coffee this afternoon - you can't beat that!
Most of the vouchers i've seen are totally free, a few premium vouchers that give you near 50% off say a restaurant bill can be used if you pay for a subscription or a one time fee.
I'd post a link, but looks like I need to get my post count up. Hope you like it though. It looks like a really interesting development.
Cheers.

Hi all
I was twiddling around with my iphone last night, and found an app ( I think in lifestyle?) called Vouchercloud.
Basically it is a free-to-download app that pushes discount vouchers to your phone, whenever you are in the vicinity. A resturaunt over the road from us we were hanging out for is on there, offering a bogof on mains. Im in London and there is a staggering amount of vouchers on offer!
Plenty of choice in London including food & drink offers (Prezzo, Ask, carluccios, chiquito Crussh), Loads of hair & beauty stuff , bogof entry vouchers on days out, child goes free type vouchers. Clothing discount eg- dororthy perkins, IKEA! faith, hotel chocolat, Have a look!
Unclear from the website whether you can get it for any other phones.
Does look like you can print the vouchers off the site below, but for me the great aspect of this is that while you are out and about the discounts get "pushed" to your phone.

Looks like on the ratings on iphone/appstore there has been some complaints that staff not neccesarily versed in accepting the voucher as you simply show your phone. However, that can also be said for paper vouchers where there is plenty of umming and ahhing over them at times, so this shouldnt be much different.
Has anyone used this app successfully? Your thoughts please! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Just tried it from home....loads of places came up but when I clicked thro it came up as 'Not valid' more often than not! Would be good if it actually worked!!!
Thanks tho

Thanks for this Greg.
I wonder whether there are many Iphone users on this site. IM rather surprised to be honest that people havent really replied to the thread??
As I said, I personally am impressed- although I haven't used it yet, I certainly will do!
Are there any other plans to take this to other phones at all - or does it now work like that?

Apparently based on your location will find all the discounts and vouchers to local shops and then allow you to redeem these offer by showing your phone which can be scanned or use the code provided on the phone.

looks good, although there is a subscription fee to pay if you want to use it, seems mostly food based so a good one for the fatties out there!0
