I think it is RED (clue - add up the colours where Red=32)
(in case anybody wants to try it themselves)
PS. We had an MSE winner for January – I’m just surprised when I get it right!

I make it red too - the values of the numbers being:
Red - 32
Yellow - 45
Blue - 60
