    I've been Money Tipped!
You could look at dooyoo - they pay the equivalent of about 50p for a 150 word review of a product.

Only if you speak with a perfect english accent. We tried it at a place I worked about 4 years ago, but no matter how long anyone spent "teaching it" it could never understand what they were saying.

I bought a copy from ebay and it is still the same, the stupid thing can't understand a word I say. I spent hours and hours reading the paragraphs and repeating words, and it was a waste of time. You can teach it words, but you have to speak in a flat monotone way. Then when you say the word as part of a sentanceit doesn't recognise it because you haven't said it exactly the same way you said it while in "teaching mode".
  • I know it has been mentioned once before and you have indicated that it might not be for you, but I found writing a blog quite good way to kill time in general. Money-making is a bit hard and from I have read on various websites you have to keep adding reasonable posts and building up a good archive.

If you ever have one of those days, where you feel at a loss, write something in the form of a blog and just keep adding to it. I wrote my personal experiences of the past 5 years, nothing tragic happened, but it enabled me to put my thoughts and experiences down.

I continued it for 2 months, but had to quit it as I started Open University. I worked out that I earned something like 20p in the first month and about 30p in the 2nd month. In all honesty I did not create many posts, maybe 7-8 veery long posts. It was not a money-spinner, judging from the figures above, but I'm sure had I kept going the value earnt per month would have increased. I never did get to claim the 50p haha :)

I have since gone back to my blog just to view it and noticed the hosting site have removed my blog title graphic - which I was very proud of, having little experience and spentding half of my day using Photoshop to create it - and mashed up the page setup.

Why not see if you can get an educational grant and study web design or something? Open University has some good courses for this and you might get support. If you have time to kill, you might enjoy it and be able to come out with a skill like web design, computer graphics or even book-keeping. You could then start a small home-based business, if you wished.

I'm currently doing Book-keeping. I'm not great at Maths, but it is a subject I need to have a grounding on, when I try to create my own part-time business....be it Ebay or something else.

Sorry, I'm waffling now, but the blog was just a thought. I've done the survey route and given up. I've not earnt money so far from any survey sites I've done. I've done the clicks on all of the cashback sites, but I've given up on that.

    Good luck ;)

    Me and the gang!!!
  • I've tried and found the sites listed above to be pretty much rubbish. Usually people wanting more or less something for nothing.
I totally agree with the last poster on here, I'd go for an educational grant and get some type of personal development in some way. That way you can learn new skills and possibly even set up a business for yourself. Good route if you ask me.

    Good luck with it!
  • Finding a right money making opportunities can be really hard. Lot of people say that it's a nice way to make profits. It depends on us to make a choice whether we should make money from internet or not.

It's quite impossible to actually get some good money without doing anything. You should really be prepared for this and expect many if not all of these opportunities to be fake.
