Remortgaging a flat abouve commercial premises

Hi

I was wondering if anyone knows of any lenders who would remortgage property above commercial premises.

I was left two flats by my father when he passed away seven years ago. There is no mortgage owed on them and I earned about £600 a month on income from them.

I was hoping to raise about £30k to fund a deposit for a new house, using the rental income to pay it back over a preiod of 7 to 10 years

I have been told that no lenders will touch accommodation above commercial premises. I should maybe add that my mother owns the entire premises with my sister, my brother and myself owning two flats each on the top floor.
