I had an 85% case agreed today where the client had 6 months mortgage arrears, settled 12 months ago.
Try a broker in your area that definitely uses all lenders - it's quite hard to establish whether they do or not as all will tell you they do.0 -
IVAs are a big no no with most lenders currently.
