harris opinion online gripe

Ive went into my harris opinion poll which pays around 1-2 pounds per survey per week to try and redeem it and ive noticed that because i never updated my details last year theyve taken all my money off me for the all the surveys ive done is there anyway to redress this ive done them all in good faith and thought id get a nice ammount from paypal and now i find its none! does anyone else have the same experience or had it rectified thanks sam?
