    Hi and welcome

Do they always ring from the same number? if so you may be able to get your mobile company to block the number.

Are they leaving you messages? Have they written to you yet? Do you know what debt they are chasing you for?
When they write send the prove it letter http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=11570893&postcount=2, if and when they prove that there is a debt in your name you might want to consider
1)if the debt could be statute barred, or
2)depending on the type of debt you might want to do a CCA request to see if they can produce this document.

    Hi Courier

    Welcome to the forum :D

I agree with Tixy (I always do :)).

It might also be an idea to check your credit file and see if any of your accounts are still linked with your ex-wife. If they are, you can write and ask for them to put a note of disassociation. It's bad enough that they are harrassing you, I'm sure you don't need the extra stress of them also harrassing your ex wife!

    Good luck :)
