as the title says, ive decided on going bankrupt, spent many hours looking into it and disscusing with gf. So thought i had better ask advice from cccs so i can say that ive sought advice, only for them to go and suggest a dmp instead.

i've had similar response from cccs - although in every other aspect until now they've been fantastic but i feel it seems to be a 'computer says no' issue with them at present. i finally rang national debt helpline today after advice from this forum and they were so helpful and seemed to be far more realistic about things.0

Agreed, I spoke to CCCS and they were adamant that i should do an IVA which I really dont want to do. Spoke to National Debtline after and they were amazing0
