Hi there,
I have a fixed rate deal with nationwide which finishes Dec 2010 @ 4.49%. £57K of the mortgage is on endowment / £35K is on repayment. I have recently had payout on 2 endowment policies totalling £45K. I am wondering if I should pay these off my mortgage now. Early repayment fees are current approx £750. Wonder if anyone could advise on what might be best. Thanks
