Hi

I am thinking of getting hair extensions. I know nothing about them or cost so would love to hear from you who have / had them you thoughts etc...

Thanks

just make sure you get real hair ones as the false ones have a tendency to look like rats tails and not at all attractive!

I use clip in ones occasionally and they do me fine. I would love to have extensions all the time as my hair is very fine and only seems to grow to a certain length but my hairdresser said they can really wreck your hair.

Plus for decent ones they are VERY expensive.

I also would recommend you try the clip in ones first and see if u like the effect. My daughter actually got some cheap ones from ebay, that have lasted longer than the ones from the main high street places like Sally's. Anyone know if Internationale still sell the blue and pink ones?

Good quality cip in synthetic ones will last a couple of months if you look after them without looking like rats tails, sound strange but Peacocks have some for £3 or £5 depending on what you want and they are decent especially if you just want to try out what they would look like, they have natural and funky colours:)
Thank you for this site Martin
