Double cream....but from goats

OK, so someone made a mistake (not me!) and bought a carton of double cream but it's made from goat's milk. It's distinctly goat-milk like so does anyone have any ideas of what to do with it? I'm guessing a savory dish but it's really quite strong....

Thinking laterally, I'd use it in things that go well with goat's cheese Spinach lasagne, for instance.

We have a goat farm nearby and whilst we love the ice cream none of us can abide the goats cream yuk.

What about making a quiche?

you could freeze it in little icecube size pieces and use in savoury dishes bit by bit if it's too much to use at once. or try making butter?

The problem is that it appears people like to replace goat's cream for normal cream......
sadly, it really just taste of goat milk

I think i'd try some sort of quiche/tartlets with caramelised onions, some spinich etc if the cream tasts that goatish, then i'd just use normal cheese.
