Does this 3for2 only work for vitamin E products? I only want 2 vitamin E products and 1 vitamin C! Will it work?

Hmmmm, I managed to get the Vit E items ordered, but then came to do a second order, with some of the men's products (Maca Root), and managed to get through to the payment screen, through RBS 3d secure (which I'd already been through successfully on first order), but now keep getting a payment authorization failure measure. I've spoken to the bank who've advised there's nothing their end causing this.

Anyone else experiencing similar with more than one order?

Yes, this has happened to me and others. I placed two orders and it would not let me do another order. You have to call customer service and they have to unblock your account. They told me that they block subsequent orders for security reasons to prevent fraud. Even if you use another card it won't go through until you call them.

I know! So frustrating. I was trying to order some items on sale last time and by the time i called them the next day the items were out of stock .

Surely they don't need to block all accounts without good reasons:cool:. I've ordered from other websites numerous times without problems. They probably don't like us getting too many bargains.
